I have a master’s degree in psychology and physical education, obtained at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education.

I have completed a professional 4-year training – the Postgraduate School for Gestalt Psychotherapists and Group Trainers at the Institute for Integral Gestalt Psychotherapy in Cracow.

I am a member of the Polish Society for Gestalt Psychotherapy (PTPG) and the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT). I am a certified EAGT psychotherapist.

I also have completed a 2-year training in bioenergetic analysis, affiliated by the Florida Society for Bioenergetic Analysis (FSBA).

I have worked multiple years as a psychotherapist at the Youth Center for Prevention and Psychotherapy “MOP” in Warsaw, where I helped and supported clients through individual and group psychotherapy. I also conducted many workshops for parents and groups for fathers.

I have been involved in IT-related project management structures for many years. This past work experience often helps me to better understand my clients’ needs.

As a therapist I value freedom of choice, which I understand as an effort towards making conscious decisions and embracing responsibility that comes with it.

I believe that each person is capable of achieving wellbeing and significant life’s change. I support and accompany my clients in the journey to discover their potential, their truth.

In my personal life I am married with two daughters.
